We love this blender. There used to be a fancy guy with all the trimmings. Those bells and whistles eventually turn off and you realize you're just using the On feature. This child is coming. High quality glass jug. You can remove the blades from the bottom for easy cleaning. It only has two settings I need; Mix low, mix high. Nice looking stainless steel base with good weight. Suction cup feet keep it in place. We mainly use it for frozen fruit/vegetable smoothies and it's perfect. IS a blender. I would buy again.
