Place the round part of the axle over the hole in the wheel and place your thumb on the flat part of the axle 4. In fact, increasing downward pressure was applied until the axle snapped into the wheel5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed. To install the bottom caster: 1. Remove the empty bottom stand, turn the stand over and place it on a flat table2. Remove the old wheel clamp that is attached to the luggage rack and remove the wheel3. I took a new wheel with a dangling axle holder, inserted it and carefully clicked it into rack 4. Repeat 2 and 3 as needed. I hope this helps you avoid breaking the axles. It took less than 10 minutes. This method worked well for me. The woman is satisfied with the work and the result!
