Wonderful camera. I am very happy with the quality. To be honest I was really surprised how great it was. It was beautifully packaged and intact. The seller wrapped the camera in stickers to prevent scratching the product and kept it in a protective pouch inside the box. Very safe and very well made. The package came with a mini manual and two camera covers, which was a cool surprise as the camera lens was covered when not in use. The camera itself is of excellent quality. The picture is clear and the resolution is good. This is ideal, especially for those who do conference calls throughout the day. The microphone is also of excellent quality. I mentioned on several of my calls that this was a new device I had and wanted to make sure they could hear and see me and that everyone had no problems at all. Image quality is good, and honestly there seems to be a filter that makes my face look smooth and perfect (ladies who don't want to wear makeup to these virtual meetings, I swear it has a built-in Snapchat filter). THAT IS AMAZING. My husband was jealous of how great it was and let me order one for him for his computer. The webcam connects to the computer via USB and no downloads or software are required. Super easy to use.
