Very good, but a bit dangerous as the cat can break out of the harness if there is resistance. My cat is quite large and can still run away if she really wants to (even if she gets close enough without choking her), but she usually holds her without panicking. (To be fair, this applies to most harnesses and collars.) I think most cats don't really like going outside. Both of my cats are scared to death when I walk them. But cats need fresh air and sun too, right? .probably no.
