Review on Qelp by Jerry Frey

There's no doubt it provides an easy way to find help with your computer issues without having to call tech support all day long! I've had several problems since using this product but have never been able to get them resolved by other means (i.e., phone calls). This has allowed me to continue my normal routine at home while waiting patiently for someone from qelp to fix whatever problem they're working on right now. It would be great if there were more options than just "close" so you could actually go back into some programs or files after you close something like Internet Explorer. Great alternative when calling out for regular technical assistance and also helps cut down the number of times i need to pick up the phone every time i run across a new issue.
