Review on 💎 Knipex Tools 7001160 Diagonal Cutters: Precision Cutting at its Finest by Brent Mosley

Simply perfect. I bought these cutters because they are strong enough to be used for some tougher materials like smaller springs, nails or cotter pins, but flat enough to be used for zip ties or wire/wiring as well. I'm tired of lugging around small shears, mostly because they don't fit well in my big hands, but also because the spring-loaded ones are hard to store on the road (sharp edges are exposed), and finally because I wear them anyway not, I don't use them that often (more of a mechanical type making luminous flux from time to time). This is a good intermediate size for most needs, but the jaws become unwieldy when you are doing a lot of 22-24 AWG wiring as in panel boards etc. Fit and finish are excellent. The jaws are precisely machined and perfectly aligned. Haven't used them yet but from experience with other Knipex cutters they have the best pliers steel I've ever seen. The cutting edges are hardened enough to avoid denting, but strong enough to prevent chipping. Buy a pair of pliers from Knipex and over time you will probably replace all of the pliers in your set with Knipex. You are so good.
