Review on 🚿 Moen T2131BN Eva Posi-Temp Tub/Shower Valve Trim Kit with Brushed Nickel Finish - Valve Required by Christopher Millet

We asked the plumber to install them in our bathroom. One of them leaked. We tried several times to contact MOEN as instructed and could only leave a message. We left several messages and never received a call back. Eventually my husband went to a large store to buy a new cartridge. When replacing the cartridge, we found that the seal was worn out. Overall we have had great success with MOEN products and have used them in several showers. This is the first time we have had to buy an extra cartridge. Without MOEN's support, we had unexpected costs for this renovation. We haven't had any problems with either Revain or the seller. The instructions on the packaging stated that any questions should be directed to MOEN. For a large company, they have the opportunity to provide better customer service.
