Does exactly what it should!
I bought this pump controller to replace a previous Floodfree unit. This unit had been in service for maybe eight years or more and was still working but the high water alarm sounded wrong. Order taking into account the consequences of refusal. This new pump controller was installed here in Chicagoland (and elsewhere) in late April 2013 hours before heavy rains fell. My pump (so far) has cycled every 20 seconds to keep up with the inflow. hold well. Of course, time will tell. This model improves on the sensors of the previous version and simplifies installation.
