Review on 🐶 Wintchuk Dog Head Collar: Stop Pulling with Reflective Strap | Adjustable for Small, Medium, and Large Dogs by Rachael Staranowicz

My pup is still getting used to wearing this leash but it almost completely changes her behavior as opposed to wearing a harness. We went for a few walks, very short ones, to get her used to wearing it outside the house. My only issue is that she keeps getting tangled in the leash as she is flexible enough to lift her paw up and get to where the leash connects to her leash which makes walking uncomfortable for her and definitely requires patience, to unravel them for me. . The company was very kind to send me the correct size after I accidentally ordered the wrong one (sizing is tricky!) and asked me to donate the wrong size to an animal shelter (they were grateful). She's pretty cool about the whole thing, but we still understand that booking it after the neighborhood dogs have played with it is definitely not the best idea, as it definitely made her a total flip. Definitely works better for us with a standard leash than a retractable leash since a retractable leash will almost always apply pressure unless I measure x amount and block it (which defeats the purpose of a retractable leash, right?). Overall very happy with it and looking forward to her becoming more tolerant so we can start on the leash behavior!
