I know sometimes you get a bad product. I'm sending mine back for a replacement or refund. It was dead when the box and board were slightly warped. The box was in good condition and showed no signs of transport or wear. It appears to have been warped prior to assembly as the USB and Ethernet ports are slightly curved in relation to the warped board. If this happened after reassembly they would match the circuit board. In any case, I will edit and increase the star rating after the board is replaced or refunded. There are untold thousands of reviews for this board already, so this review will be helpful for those wondering how well the Pi is supported. At the same time, one star applies to a defective product out of the box. Let's hope Revain or Raspberry org handle this issue well. Update when I'm done. ***PROCESSING*** We will process returns very quickly and the replacement Pi was received within a day. Bringing back the dead Pi was as easy as giving it to the local cabbage, that's all. I also got a coupon for Kohl's which was pretty substantial and worked on items that were on sale. Overall Revain did a good job replacing the faulty item and my replacement was shipped quickly. I'll go ahead and up the stars to 5.
