I know sometimes you get a bad product. I'm sending mine back for a replacement or refund. It was dead when the box and board were slightly warped. The box was in good condition and showed no signs of transport or wear. It appears to have been warped prior to assembly as the USB and Ethernet ports are slightly curved in relation to the warped board.
