The tool helps me run my own store without having to hire someone full time! I love how it's so simple but also allows for great customization options when you need them most (ie during peak sales). It has been easy to train new employees as well with its interactive tutorials that teach exactly what we're looking for out-of-the box features. There really isn't anything bad about this platform - just make sure your expectations line up perfectly before getting started because there can be some confusion if they don't meet those needs right away. We were able to streamline our team by creating several different stores under one roof instead of hiring staff members individually or keeping track of all inventory separately.
