Review on HoppingIn by Joseph Lang

The program is easy to use for any childcare provider who is familiar with accounting software. I love how it can easily create reports. It's also nice that you can add in other programs from different software companies into your account such as Care.com. It makes it so much easier! There isn't anything I dislike about the product except the fact that there are certain functions within their program which may not be available yet depending on whether or not they have upgraded their software. As of right now, it gives me nothing but problems when trying to get any reports done and sometimes it'll freeze up completely. We've been able to manage our childcare business better using this program so far. This allows us to quickly see all openings and which ones are booked immediately. We don't have to call around anymore looking for open spots! I like how it keeps track for me as well so i dont have too look at all these things myself! its pretty easy once u get use to using this software!! they are doing great with their updates which is always nice :) The only thing would maybe help if there was an option where we could set reminders in advance but other than thats not really anything bad about hoppingin or my relationship w/ them :). Its been helping us save money because sometimes people forget when some kids will turn 2 years old etc..
