Printer works very well, wireless setup and printing was easy etc. However, when printer goes into DEEP SLEEP, wireless communication becomes useless (you have to manually poll the printer once in DEEP SLEEP for wireless printing). Surprised as Brother refuses to tell us how to disable this annoying feature wherever I can find it (online product manual, forums etc.). I've been scouring the internet and finally found the solution in the comments section of a youtube video posted by a kind soul, so here it is: " / press OK. Then scroll down to 'Ecology' / click 'OK', then scroll down and click 'OK' when 'Sleep Time' appears in the panel. IMPORTANT: At this point, press the down arrow and "Stop/Exit" at the same time, which will FINALLY lead to the "Deep Sleep" option, where you can toggle "Deep Sleep" on and off, and press " OK" - then the message "Input accepted." Now your new printer will finally work as you expect it to. After I found this "Fix" the printer worked fine. It would be 5 out of 5 stars instead of 4 if I didn't have to find out for myself. Come brother, help brother!
