I was pleased with the quality and quantity in these boxes. I have ordered 2. They are as strong as stock clips to be honest and I was hoping they were a bit smaller in the cone area so there would be less stress on the door panel when the door panel is pulled. Dodge trucks charge 13 for the door, so buying a kit from a parts store at 2 for $6 is a waste of time. This is the way. The heads are the same size as the shaft and snap into place in the same way. I also like white over yellow or red, they aren't as noticeable if your door card doesn't fit flush due to diff speakers or whatever. A great item to stock up on and always have on hand if you are a mechanic.
