If you assemble this thing according to the instructions, it will work exactly as it should. I know exactly what these people did with this complaint. You did NOT use the correct screw length OR you did not use spacers to hold the screws in place. You MUST tighten both sides evenly and with enough force to create friction. Failure to do so will pull the screw out of the rack. 2) After a while, the keys will come loose and just dangle. I have to keep tightening the screws. 2A) Okay, in this case they didn't pay attention to the tiny rubber bushing being under the head of the bolt when tightening. You must have left him. You can not do it! These bushings ensure that the screws will NOT loosen over time. And they also give you the freedom to choose the voltage you want. Assembled exactly as instructed. And I still haven't relaxed. Period. And all. For other questions like "I can't get enough keys on the holder" etc., you can purchase an expansion kit to meet your expansion needs. Just do your homework before you complain. This is an AMAZING PRODUCT! And you will NOT regret it. I love my. I have 3 of these to keep all my keys separate between work and home. Really good buy. Just follow the instructions beginning with the letter "T". Don't think reading the instructions is too easy. Because as some reviewers here will prove, screwing up the build is POSSIBLE.
