It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.
This is my life saver. Perfectly heals lips if they are chapped. Gives a feeling of coolness. But not suitable for permanent use. They need to be used periodically. I use it mostly in winter. If you use it constantly, the process will reverse and the balm will begin to dry your lips. The only downside is the smell, I really don't like it. But for the sake of healing, you can tolerate the smell.
