No instructions but item works great
Bought for my dad. He has a cable box in the living room, but has two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, about 50 feet away. He needed a way to switch channels no matter what room he was in. It worked fine. While it lacks instructions, it's really easy to install. Place the device marked "receiver" in a room without a cable socket. Place the device marked "Senderโ in the cable box room. Plug them in, position the antennas and you can even go through walls and doors.
