Not what I expected.
I'll start by saying that I've never used a beard straightener. It's definitely not what I expected and it's useless to me. The teeth or bristles are very thick and hard. I had to keep the tip of my beard off my face to get it through the flat iron. The flat iron produced very hot steam when it touched my wet beard and burned my face. I will return it!
