It's very user-friendly, simple to set up your product listings in several languages too!The support team are always there if needed. Their responses/actions really do help - it would be great for them also to have more of an internal chat tool so you can directly contact someone when required without having to send emails or wait days for replies from their customer services department.- A little bit expensive than other competitors products in certain markets (e.g Malaysia). The integration with B2B sales platform like Xero makes things really easy at times as well. Very good reporting system which comes straight after inputting data into each listing. Helps us keep track and manage our inventory better and easier across different locations that we own. I like that it is very easy to use, and the customer support is amazing. The only thing I dislike is the price, it is very expensive for what you get. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a easy to use software to manage their business.
