So on the air conditioner in the indicated place on the body there is a plug and there are no holes and fittings for connecting the hose. After 1-2 hours of operation in heating mode, an error lights up and you have to raise the air conditioner to a hill and drain the condensate through the bottom hole. After a long study of the instructions and a physical inspection of the air conditioner, official technical support by phone confirmed that there was an error in the instructions and this model does not have an upper drainage hole and condensate in heating mode can only be drained through the lower hole. It turns out that for this model of air conditioner, due to the lack of an additional pump for pumping out condensate, it is impossible to use the heating mode. Structurally, such pumping is provided, but for some reason we did not install it. Even in heating mode, the air conditioner cannot accurately maintain the temperature in the room. You expose 26 degrees. It heats up to 27 and turns off, and then turns on only when the temperature drops to 21.
