The best part about working for this organization is not only do I learn from experienced professionals but also getting along well with everyone in my department as they all know how to work effectively and efficiently within our time constraints. The learning experience has been great as there have been a lot more opportunities available than I was used to when I started at other organizations. Also there's always something new to try out or improve upon. It could use improvement by allowing more flexibility since most people are not willing to come into office early just so you can finish at least one task before you leave. They should try to include flexible hours for employees who need to be able to get things done during non-standard times. If you're looking to advance quickly in career path then definitely consider this place! Learning different skillsets and being exposed to new technologies/ways of doing tasks helps me grow professionally.
