Review on Clear Style's 480-Inch T-Track System: Enhance Woodworking Projects with CNC Table & Hold Down Clamps by Samuel Blakeley

I don't flip dog clips, I use them instead.

I have a high-end carpentry shop in my basement and have been hoarding tools for decades. As I've developed my business one tool at a time, I've never had a standard dog hoe woodworking machine to use clamps on. I'm not criticizing dog clips and the variety of their types, it's just that my workshop is about 725 square feet and I've found I could use them as a multi-tool by building a complex run-out table for my table saw. Target workstation for mounting/gluing, unloading to prevent panels from falling off the back of the saw and for general use only. a table for large sheets of plywood and another gluing station, which I cover with cling film when gluing, can also be converted into a dog workbench. By making criss-cross t-rails all over the surface that attach with screws and then buying lots of t-rail clips, I can achieve the same thing. This assortment is exactly what the doctor ordered, allowing me to create a complex layout with maximum flexibility. No matter what project I'm working on and need a grip, there's always T-Track for it. a wood workbench with dog holes in a wood tabletop about 4 inches thick, but I pride myself on having self-contained workstations for my most important tools. I can just go and flick the switch on the tool without rolling it out, plugging it in, sticking it in the dust collector, making a cut and putting it all away. I've had to do this before when I had a small shop before blowing up the wall and greatly expanding. purpose for them. They are easy to install. You simply cut a straight line in the gutter where they will sit. My double head rotary mill table has a top made of a glued double layer of MDF so as long as I get my cut outs routed correctly they go in fairly easily. I have installed T-rails in custom railings and tables. before, so it's really not a problem. What makes these T-bars unique is that they have pointed tips and each side has a 45 degree angle so they all fit together perfectly. See manufacturer's photos in this ad. Of course, in addition to the clamps, they come in handy when installing custom railings that I made for my router table. You no longer need to use large clips to attach railings to the edge of the table. This kit easily takes my system to the next level. The box is not big but very heavy for such a small package. quality stuff. Highly recommended.
