My daughter LOVES this dollhouse! I bought it for her for Christmas 2015 and she has been using it since before Christmas as I didn't have time to finish putting it together before she woke up to find it was almost done. It's huge (about 4 feet tall at the highest point, about 4 feet wide and just over 12 inches deep) and she puts her My Little Ponies inside with her Barbie dolls. Assembling was a real headache and took about six hours, but it was worth it in the end as the dollhouse is of an exceptionally high quality. The only reason this didn't get a 5 star rating is because I still couldn't open the doors. I think I'll have to fiddle with double sided tape to stick them on before I can screw them in place. Maybe there's a way to attach them before the whole house is assembled so it's easier. From that point of view, I'm afraid the only way out is to cheat with this tape, because there's no way I'm going to take this thing apart! Too much work for me! Otherwise perfect and worth every penny! The materials provided are incredibly strong and the instructions are fairly simple. Any day I would choose a KidKraft dollhouse over a cheap plastic Barbie house! I don't have to worry about my baby breaking this thing. I would definitely recommend it to a friend, especially someone willing to help me sort through those pesky doors! The only reason I haven't tried duct tape the doors as an aid is because I'm honestly fed up with the assembly. Maybe one day I'll get around to wearing them. I won't sleep on what's happening though.
