I thought it was a good buy because I only made one batch and the toast came out good. One morning my wife was making toast for the family breakfast. First batch was good, second batch was too dark so lowered the setting, third batch burned out. With this toaster you cannot make consecutive batches of toast without a long cooling time between batches. I threw the box away or would send it back for a refund.
