This is normal. They do what they have to do. The biggest problem with them is the four-pin plug. they slip out too easily. Anyone in the industry who thought this was a good idea should go back to engineering school. Since then I've ordered parts and replaced all of those connectors with mokungkit waterproof LED patch cords. Four-pin twist-lock connectors are much better.
