Review on 🏢 The Basement Watchdog Big Combo CONNECT Model CITS-50 1/2 HP Primary and Battery Backup Sump Pump System with Smart WiFi Capable and 24/7 Monitoring Controller by Terry Myers

The item came with a broken piece of plastic securing the backup pan to the unit. The company immediately sent a new one. Also bought a Wi-Fi connection module. There were no instructions, I had to contact support. One of the worst parts of the setup is the fact that you can't properly connect the charger's dual-float controller and huge power adapter. I have a standard double socket as shown in the picture. There is clearly a gap issue which is a major oversight on Glentronics' part. They are aware of this issue and just accept the fact that none of these elements connect properly to the wall, they are angled which increases the likelihood of something going off. This is unacceptable when you are paying over $700 for the complete system.
