Inconvenient blade shape for the kitchen.
Probably useful if you have to butcher a large animal, but in the kitchen it's too big for anything you're likely to cook for dinner. The curved blade requires a whole different knife skill for slicing, dicing, etc. At best, a novelty tucked away deep in some kitchen drawer.
