Bought two of these. One of them has a bad "bubbly" finish, but I figured I wouldn't see it with a towel, so I proceeded to mount it. The metal block should snap onto the plastic mount, but it's not that easy. The plastic latch broke during the "exercise" in latching. The same thing happened with the second one, but it's a wall. He will eventually fall and break his toe or the floor tiles. I wonder if this is actually a Moen or Conterfiet product?
