I tried bamboo toothbrushes, they were 'split' and needed waxing every other day to avoid lip/cheek irritation. The radius is MUCH smoother. The wide head takes a little getting used to, but I prefer it to the old skinny heads now. The middle brush seems a bit hard, it switches to a soft one (like my travel radius brush) when these two heads are done. Interchangeable heads have a firm grip and only wobble a little. Easy to clean brush heads, not as concerned about bacterial growth as bamboo. If only the handle wasn't so convex it would be difficult to lay flat. I still feel guilty about non-compostable materials, but this is a step in the right direction.
