This is a very well made massage gun. The speeds are easy to change and definitely have different purposes. I would suggest trying all speeds for each head and body area, as different speeds and head combinations will affect how comfortable or uncomfortable the massage is. I was surprised that on some heads, high speed was softer than low speed. This massage gun comes with different heads that you can change according to the type of massage you want to do. This isn't our first full-size massage gun and this previous experience helped us learn how to set it up so I didn't use the manual. , charger and head. It also has a mesh guide pocket that can also store heads if that is your preference. My only criticism is that unlike our other massage guns (large size and mini) this massage gun does not have an on/off switch. Touch screen. There is a typical main on/off switch on the underside of the main shaft, but other models have a touchscreen on/off switch so you can stop the massage gun while changing heads etc. This gun requires you to press the minus icon to step back through the power levels to get to zero and stop the vibration. Just a bit cumbersome and less intuitive. So far this is our only complaint. I am very happy with this massage gun. In our busy world, I think every family should have one. Or two.
