Who came up with this and thought people would like it? It's hard plastic - no flexing or adjusting the angle of airflow. So it blows directly in the face - in the eyes etc. Uncomfortable. Also bulky and the plastic is slippery. You must sit still during use. So maybe it would be okay if you didn't mind the air blowing straight in your face - if you're in a meeting, lecture or game where it gets stuffy and hot after a while. But then you have another problem. He is loud! If that thing is hanging right below your ears, you can't hear anything. It's completely useless to me - I put it on the goodwill heap.
