The feature set is very robust for our industry, especially as it pertains to customization of quote templates. This has not always been easily available or very stable when I'm creating custom fields. There needs more help to make sure you aren't losing changes if you delete certain information from one field then go back into a previous version before saving (or even while adding/updating data via API). In this day and age it's hard not to use some kind of form automation with dynamic pricing and variable lead content throughout all stages of quoting process - with VLX! Our Salesforce admins are able to keep track of all of these forms and easily pull reports to show us how they're doing against various KPIs such as deal progress, quota attainment, etc., along with what we consider to be "non" metrics like customer retention rate. VLXQ is very user friendly and easy to learn. I like that it is very customizable and you can edit the fields to fit your needs. I also like the fact that the fields are very clearly defined and there are no hidden fields that you can't find. I dislike that you can not add fields to the quote that you don't have in the quote. It is very easy to create quotes and manage them.
