The fact of being able to have all my contacts stored into one place instead having them spread out between different applications makes it easier for me as an admin or manager at work when I need information about our clients/customers quickly! Also since we can search through everyone's contact details easily this helps us find people more efficiently too which saves time overall.
It also has some helpful features like alerts if someone hasn't logged onto their account within x amount of days etc so there isn’t really anything bad i dislike but maybe just not enough useful functions? Like you said above though they are constantly adding new ones such as creating groups with specific roles (eg managers only) where members cannot see each other unless invited by another member who holds those permissions already - very handy feature!! So far everything seems good although sometimes things don;' t always load correctly straight away after logging back online e.g via mobile phone network connection problems.
