I like that it has all of my contact information, which makes contacting clients so much easier! There aren't any cons at this time; however if you have questions or concerns just reach out to them by emailing support@namecheap.com - they are always super friendly with their customer service team!! They've been around for quite some years now -- very reliable as well (not too many other companies will let me use.gov domains!).

It's helpful because we can keep our main website up-to date without having separate sites dedicated solely towards each project/client relationship.
