Better than a foam roller

These balls are better than a foam roller in my opinion. Different sizes allow you to target problem areas and pinpoint exactly where the problem is and fix it. Cork is firm but not stiff, so it's great for sore muscles, and the smaller size is great for rubbing hands or feet with plantar fasciitis. .
