I hate writing 1 star reviews but this item really is a piece of junk. Of course it was damaged, but I don't want to waste the time and resources sending it back to a landfill before it's already there. The hardware is crappy and easy to remove. Things don't add up. He wobbles from side to side. For some reason it smells like urine. Small pieces of styrofoam will be everywhere, there is no way to avoid it. It was an awful build. I'm mechanical by nature and it still took a good hour.
