BROKEN IN THE FIRST HOUR

I thought it was just what I wanted but within the FIRST HOUR of wearing it a ring pulled out and my NEW IPHONE11 smashed on the tile floor. Luckily it didn't break. Said I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try a replacement. We'll see, but I'm nervous.
