Review on Efficient and Reliable: GIRARD 2GWHAM Tankless Water Heater by Troy Rotermund

I bought this heater after reading all the bad reviews and thinking (wrongly) they couldn't be mechanically tilted or something. There was an error. This heater was installed on a 2017 Forest River Wildwood 30ft exactly according to the instructions. Heating requires a VERY specific flow of water, gas, and in some cases natural disaster. It worked fine for about a month; Very reliable hot water. Then, after that month, the temperature started to fluctuate (from hot to cold and then back to warm). Now, several months later, the temperature does not rise above zero. I called tech support: the first time I called they treated me like an idiot. I was told NOTHING was wrong with the unit and may need to read the instructions and troubleshoot and then recall it. I was told that the weather outside could affect the temperature (the temperature was 80-87 degrees every day on those problem days). 1 week later I call back and they tell me again that the heater has no problem and they will not suggest any problem. shoot unless I run a very complex self-test by filling gallon jugs, timing and temperature. So I do as requested and call back. No reply (@14:00) so I leave a message for someone on maintenance to call me back. 2 days after no call back I call and have to leave a message again (@15:00) and still haven't called back. 3 days later I call and have to message again and to this day (2 weeks later) I still can't get this company to fix their product. I am very disappointed in the customer service department and the way they treat customers. You really need to evaluate your practice and staff. It could have been a great product if it came from a better, more customer-centric, and friendlier company.
