Stimulates growth of coralline algae
I add some to my aquarium every few days. I personally don't change the water and my aquarium has leveled out over the past year. This amount is enough for my tank to start growing coralline algae a day or two after adding it. I notice a difference. My weekly calcium and all supplements don't. Whatever goes beyond those two things.
