First of all I want to say that I love them and I'm very glad I have them. They are exactly as described and nicely packaged to protect them in transit. I've incorporated ice scoops into my daily skincare routine and I'm happy with the results. I sometimes get a little puffiness under my eyes due to allergies or sinus issues and this puffiness almost completely goes away after using my globes. The shiny pink liquid inside makes them really attractive (they are so cute!). I keep them in a small fridge where I keep some skin care products. Slightly colder than a normal refrigerator. They stay cold as long as I need them. I just wish they came with a carry case and maybe rubber grips like I've seen on other ice balls. I'm afraid of breaking them when I wash them in the sink because they get slippery. I kept the foam part of the original packaging for storage but a real case (maybe smaller than the box) would be the best way to protect and carry it. Especially if I wanted to take them on a trip. However, I highly recommend these ice cream balls and if something happened to mine I would buy them again.
