The most useful thing about this software has to be time saving, it's very easy of use with excellent customer service team who are always willing help you out in any queries or doubts that arise during your work process! I would like more customization features as well but otherwise good product so far :) We can able store patient details online which reduces our paperwork significantly by using their services we have also been provided great user guidebook along side each feature explaining its usage clearly!
