I like the fact that it is microprocessor controlled so that it is not constantly charging the battery. Great for maintaining the battery for longer durations. Unfortunately, it did not get a 5 rating due to the length of the cords. The low voltage side should have longer cords (only 4 ft. should be at least 6-8 ft) so that the trickle charger can be outside the engine compartment and thus the leds are visible without lifting the hood and it you cover the car then outside the cover.
