Works as advertised! I use it in my old Cuisinart toaster which has convection and works like a deep fryer (I have a deep fryer too). I've made roast potatoes, veggies, chicken and you don't have to turn the dish with a spatula, just shake it halfway if you like. I don't usually touch it and the food browns all over. I've used it about 30 times and it looks brand new. Nothing sticks, very easy to clean. I don't use DW because it's so easy to clean up. Great purchase and no longer need for an air fryer.
