I live in the Arizona desert, where temperatures are currently getting above 110 … as a kid I remember feel car sick in the back due to upholstery smells and the lack of cool fresh air (and that was with far cooler temperatures than currently being experienced) I did not want that for my kid, especially with the desert heat. I got this fan, and when I am putting her in her car seat, I can first turn in the car and the a/c and then her fan. This allows her to avoid getting uncomfortably hot while I buckle her in and we wait for my car to cool off. I no longer have a kid who is sweating and red in the face within a minute of being in the car! This was a huge win as a parent and I hope it lasts a long time!
