Okay, I usually don't criticize some situations and products because as an engineer I find a workaround for INCOMPETENCE, so trust me when I see this! DO NOT BUY THIS - I got so frustrated after installing the bases and wiring (installed two so had to do some extra electrical work) - and tried to test the connection - found out it didn't come with bulbs will, even in the worst case, have no instructions to tell you which bulbs will fit (regular household bulbs won't) - now I'll probably spend a few more hours trying to find out from others which bulbs fit this one, shhhh! - the worst: the metal plates you mount the glass pieces on are NOT LEVEL - you have to cast magic or keep rotating them until you find the best level place you can get (disappointing) -VALUE - you get absolute SHIT for 80 $. Absolute SHIT is bent metal with some wiring and pieces of glass - the most expensive part would be the bulbs which are not included - never buy another from this dealer or anyone else as they cannot provide accurate information either.
