This product has NO defects AT ALL! The durability is insane, how snug and perfect it fits my phone is amazing. The lock and volume buttons are just as easy to press when the case isn't on. The packaging is just as great. The boxes are very cute. They also leave a small note with your name to thank you and to let you know your product is guaranteed for life. They also give you little stickers. I think what I like most is that there is a very soft suede material inside the case that prevents the case from scratching or damaging your phone. 100/10. I will recommend it to everyone I know!
