I first received this hat in March 2018 when it was sent to me in place of the sandstone hat. I liked it so much that I kept it. If anyone doubts me just look at the photo showing how tough the old front of the hat stays and how pathetic the new front of the hat looks. ), DELETE THEM. This really pissed me off and I no longer associate your brand with a commitment to worker quality. The wife here is complaining that the front of the hat is too stiff and doesn't "fit her husband's head," don't listen to her. Making the front soft and cheap is not an option. It's causing jagged bumps in my hair and I'll stop wearing it in public.
