Does not fit very well
It does not fit very well as there is a noticeable gap by the spine which means the material does not conform well. Although it inflates and feels tight it's not enough. Either the material is too stiff or not enough air is being pumped in. The hand pump limits how much air can be pumped in and should be replaced with a foot pump. Dr. Ho's belt is softer, inflates and grabs better. I bought this to replace my old Dr. Ho's belt because now Dr. Ho's is too expensive but my old belt came with a foot pump.
