What a terrible product or maybe this seller. You can be the judge. I have just received my order for this item and it cannot work properly. I opened the box and found a tiny remote that listed an RF controller on the front but had an infrared transmitter on one end. So I don't really understand how this is supposed to work. Next I discovered that there was no remote control in the wiring. As an optimist, I thought maybe the controller was built into the light, but after connecting the light I realized that wasn't the case. So bottom line is I have a very expensive 20 inch LED with only white light. I already had one of these in my car and wanted to upgrade to it because of the flower hunt. It is very likely that I will be returning this light along with the 52" light that I ordered and have not yet received, unless Nicoko miraculously decides to resolve my issue. Update: My remote was working for no good reason (the PS controller is actually in the lightbar). I'm still not entirely sure if it's RF or infrared. I'm leaning more towards infrared as it won't work anywhere around or in the truck due to the front bumper. Also, I'm still very disappointed with the insufficient distance you can be from the light source for the remote to control the light (e.g. 3ft to 4ft). I emailed the manufacturer and while they were willing to help, the only improvement was that my original problem was gone. So I agreed to increase my star rating but due to the very poor performance I still don't have to rate it that highly.
